About the Role:
Pareto is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative to accelerate sales growth and expansion in key markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build deep knowledge of Pareto's software suite and internal processes to inform sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue high-potential sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales skills of junior team members.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales development experience in a SaaS organisation, preferably within the service management industry.
- Strong proficiency in using SDR tools, including LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and Hubspot.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
