Senior Healthcare Assistant

Circle Health Group Ltd, a leading provider of independent healthcare, seeks a skilled Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team at the newly opened Circle Cheshire Clinic. Located in Northwich, this state-of-the-art facility offers top-notch healthcare services to the local community.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, requiring flexibility in shift patterns. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be an integral part of the nursing and multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality patient-centered care under the supervision of a registered practitioner.

Key responsibilities include delivering high standards of care in accordance with CHG policies and procedures, conducting yourself professionally within the HCA standard framework, and demonstrating competence in the role of Healthcare Assistant within your working areas.

The successful candidate will possess a Care Certificate, ability to perform phlebotomy duties and ECG recordings, and experience in a pre-assessment environment. A willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent is also required.
