Charity Event Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of high-quality first aid services at events throughout Scotland.

About the Organisation:

St Andrew's First Aid is a leading charity providing first aid education and cover at events nationwide. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to ensure that everyone has access to essential first aid skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our volunteers in planning and delivering event activities, as well as monitoring volunteering activities within the charity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support volunteers to plan and deliver event activities
  • Plan, organise and monitor volunteering activities
Requirements:
  • HND (or higher) qualification in event management or equivalent experience
  • Full, current driver's license
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • High level of administration and logistics planning skills
  • Experience of event planning and delivery
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
  • Good technical skills and use of Microsoft packages
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Good project management and organisation skills
  • Able to work unsociable hours and travel across Scotland
  • Nebosh or similar Health and Safety qualification
Salary:

£26,065 per annum + benefits
