We're seeking an Organic Search Specialist to take our clients' online presence to new heights. From eCommerce to Finance and Education, you'll work with a diverse bunch of accounts and products, requiring speed and agility.

Curiosity is key – you'll be the kind of person who always wants to learn more, whether that's the latest organic search tactics or getting to understand the finer details of each client's products and services.

This is a fast-paced role within an ambitious agency environment, so a growth mindset is a must for the successful applicant.

You'll be based in our office in Manchester or work remotely, coming into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business. This will include travel on occasion to Lichfield, where our main office is located.

  • Crafting and executing organic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Implementing organic tactics and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with other channels to maximise results across the board.
  • Providing top-notch client service, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years in the digital marketing arena, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house settings, understanding the nuances of each.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Paid marketing experience is a definite plus, adding another layer to your expertise.
