Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our Ethics & Integrity department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool to ensure efficient workflows and accurate data.
  • Contribute to broader Ethics & Integrity projects and initiatives, driving business growth and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and risk management teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in AML compliance and due diligence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or related fields, with a strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as daily monitoring of alerts.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
