Job Summary:
Faith Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an AML Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and preventing financial crime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our anti-money laundering system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of our AML system to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain and update our money laundering guidelines to ensure they are current and effective.
- Optimize work instructions and procedures to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all AML regulatory requirements are met and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Liaise with our anti-financial crime team to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Create and monitor new AML regulations to ensure compliance.
- Identify and evaluate relevant risks to our financial systems and develop risk and control procedures to mitigate them.
- Advise colleagues on AML processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Oversee and implement AML training programs to ensure all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in preventing financial crime.
Requirements:
- 2 years' professional experience in AML/Compliance.
- A level or equivalent qualifications or related experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and practices.
- Excellent and confident communication skills.
- Ability to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities.
