Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions to ensure service users understand their responsibilities.
  • Maintain health and safety procedures, ensuring all staff are aware of potential risks and that necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available for service users, following local procedure instructions.
  • Update service users' records according to organisational requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information on the case management system.
Requirements
  • Effective interpersonal skills to supervise individuals constructively while maintaining authority.
  • Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.
