We are seeking a skilled Community Payback Supervisors to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising individuals performing unpaid work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions to ensure service users understand their responsibilities.
- Maintain health and safety procedures, ensuring all staff are aware of potential risks and that necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available for service users, following local procedure instructions.
- Update service users' records according to organisational requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information on the case management system.
- Effective interpersonal skills to supervise individuals constructively while maintaining authority.
- Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.
