Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recovery Driver to join our team at The AA. As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance to our members, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide roadside assistance to members
  • Operate HGV recovery trucks and equipment to recover vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide a high level of customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally CE (HGV 1) licence
  • Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
