Role Overview

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you will be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will involve responding to emergency calls, recovering vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely assistance to our members
  • Recover vehicles using HGV recovery trucks and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our members feel safe and supported
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Full driving category C licence (HGV 2) and ideally CE (HGV 1) licence
  • Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
