Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Recovery Driver to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside recovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles on the roadside.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Operate a range of recovery equipment and vehicles to recover vehicles from the roadside.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve recovery targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments to identify and report any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recovery operations.
Requirements
  • A valid Category C driving license (HGV 2) and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
  • A Driver CPC (certificate of professional competence) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
