Automotive Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, supervising mechanics, and maintaining high-quality vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist mechanics in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and vans
- Distribute workload efficiently to ensure prompt and high-quality work
- Ensure accurate and complete paperwork and records
- Manage quality control, compliance, productivity, and technical issues
- Provide additional training as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
- Previous experience in a dealership or fleet environment
- Supervisory or team-leading experience
