We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, supervising mechanics, and maintaining high-quality vehicle repairs.

• Supervise and assist mechanics in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and vans
• Distribute workload efficiently, ensuring prompt and high-quality work
• Ensure accurate and complete paperwork and records
• Manage quality control, compliance, productivity, and technical issues
• Provide additional training as required

• Minimum of Level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
• Experience in a dealership or fleet environment
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
