We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will be responsible for supervising mechanics and ensuring the maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans are carried out to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanics and assist with maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans
• Distribute workload and ensure work is carried out promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly
• Deal with quality control, compliance, productivity, and technical issues
• Assist with additional training as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair
• Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
• Previous experience in a dealership or fleet environment
