Automotive Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will be responsible for supervising mechanics and ensuring the maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans are carried out to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanics and assist with maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans
- Distribute workload and ensure work is carried out promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly
- Deal with quality control, compliance, productivity, and technical issues
- Assist with additional training as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
- Previous experience in a dealership or fleet environment
