Seize a challenging role as an Advanced Gene Editing Research Specialist

The Francis Crick Institute is a world-leading research organisation in biomedical sciences, fostering collaboration and innovation. We seek a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Research Scientist to join our Tissue Regeneration and Clonal Evolution (TRCE) laboratory.

This exciting opportunity involves leading cutting-edge gene editing projects using advanced CRISPR/Cas strategies. You will design and execute experiments with strategic direction from the group leader, providing technical expertise for novel methodologies and collaborating with researchers at the Crick.

You will also manage regulatory protocols and research governance, train and supervise lab members, and contribute to research strategy. This role requires a strong track record of laboratory management and leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in facilitating collaborations.
