Job Title: Business Banking Director

OakNorth is seeking a seasoned Business Banking Director to lead our Commercial Banking team in acquiring new clients and fostering relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our deposit book and revenue through innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deposit Growth: Source, acquire, and onboard new business customers to OakNorth.
  • Revenue Growth: Expand deposit-led relationships into full transaction banking relationships.
  • Brand Advocate: Represent and build the OakNorth brand through events and relationships with external introducers.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with Key Business Introducers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders to identify client opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Business/Commercial Associate Director or Director role.
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and digital banking trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of deposit and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a Founder-led, entrepreneurial environment.
