We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in the London Borough of Newham. As a Team Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of social workers and other professionals to provide high-quality services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of social workers and other professionals to provide effective and efficient services to children and families.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding children and families.
- Provide supervision and support to social workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in a social work team management role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
