Job Overview

HR GO Recruitment are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to work in their busy practice based in Seaford.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and possess strong administrative and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deal with CIS returns, requests, and HMRC enquiries.
  • Process new starters/leavers and handle overtime pay.
  • Submit accurate monthly pay records to accountants.
  • Resolve payment issues in accordance with legislation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in payroll.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Payroll Manager and Xero software is desirable.
  • Knowledge of PAYE rules and pension schemes is essential.
