We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team in Seaford.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deal with CIS returns, requests, and HMRC enquiries in a timely manner.
- Process new starters/leavers and handle overtime pay according to company policies.
- Submit accurate monthly pay records to accountants and resolve payment issues.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in payroll.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Experience with Payroll Manager and Xero software is desirable.
- Knowledge of PAYE rules and pension schemes is essential.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per year.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata).
