About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Field Sales Professional to join our team in Central and South Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting refurbishment and construction industry products to clients, building surveyors, local authorities, and building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the refurbishment sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of the refurbishment market and its trends
