Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with service users to identify their strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
  2. Develop and implement personalised support plans that address the individual's needs and goals.
  3. Provide emotional support and guidance to help service users manage their mental health and wellbeing.
  4. Work closely with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.
  5. Contribute to the development and evaluation of support services to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
