Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients across multiple disciplines
  • Transforming client briefs into actionable agency briefs
  • Contributing to project work and enhancing our services with industry expertise
  • Leading client management and communication strategies
  • Owning commercial performance and leading business development opportunities
  • Mentoring and developing a team of Client Service professionals

Requirements:

  • Senior Account Director or Group Account Director experience in an agency (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Outstanding project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in delivering digital, technology, and content projects
