Senior Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale industrial project in Tunbridge Wells. This £68m project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors, and manage client relationships to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality results
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor progress, financials, and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects in a tier 1 environment
  • CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS certifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management best practices
  • Strong understanding of steel frame structures and groundworks
