We are a leading provider of IT solutions, seeking a skilled 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our team. Our client's business requires exceptional IT support services, including outsourced service desk and desktop support, with a focus on Cyber Essentials compliance.

Salary: £22,000 - £26,400 per annum (based on the title and requirements).

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to a range of customers, resolving tickets independently, and escalating issues when necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to upskill in areas such as Office 365 and Azure support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in 1st / 2nd Line IT Support skills
- Basic SharePoint administration knowledge
- General Microsoft Windows support expertise
- Interest in cyber security and Cyber Essentials principles

Benefits:
This contract offers a fixed-term duration of 3 months, with potential extension (possible permanent conversion). The role is based in Kettering and requires 5 days onsite work.
