About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emcor UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work on plant and equipment
  • Implement maintenance instructions and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability
  • Provide accurate feedback and information on completed work
  • Ensure all plant and systems are maintained and operated to provide maximum efficiency and availability
  • Respond to reactive maintenance calls and carry out remedial work as necessary
  • Assume the role of Competent Person (Electrical) as authorised by the Authorised Person Controller
  • Develop and retain knowledge of site system failures and their causes and effects
  • Carry out minor new works installations and testing
Requirements
  • 18th edition electrical C&G certificate or willingness to complete the course
  • Qualified to C&G 2360
  • Experience in building services maintenance and repair
  • Good understanding of legislative compliance and contract law
  • Ability to establish and implement high standards of excellence in quality, safety, and operational performance
  • Full and thorough understanding of operational health and safety
