Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emcor UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical maintenance and repair services to our clients, including routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Implement electrical maintenance and corrective works on site in accordance with maintenance instructions, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including new technologies and innovations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of electrical maintenance services.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback and reporting on maintenance activities, including completed test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets, and work dockets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other reasonable duties as agreed with Emcor UK management.
Requirements
- 18th edition electrical C&G certificate or equivalent.
- Qualified to C&G 2360 or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably in a facilities management or building services environment.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and equipment, including new technologies and innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
