We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Lucton House in Birmingham. As a Compassionate Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents, when required, with all aspects of daily living.
  • Supporting training and supervision of junior and new Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the Home, under the supervision of senior Staff Members.
  • Answering Nurse Call system, giving assistance as required. Answering the door and telephone appropriately. Responding accordingly and passing on messages promptly.
