About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our residential care team at Madeleine House in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Salary: $28,000 - $35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Responsibilities:
• Provide empathetic and person-centered care to residents, responding to their unique needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in care planning and risk assessment, identifying opportunities to promote resident independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
