Job Title: Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
