Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at C&C Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities and events, including conferences, business trips, and meeting management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of commercial activities and events, including conferences, business trips, and meeting management
- Support additional functions, including Legal & Compliance, Finance, and HR, with projects and additional admin duties
- Oversee the running of the office, including switchboard management, meeting room coordination, logistics of visitors, and oversight of IT equipment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of PA experience within financial or professional services, with additional exposure to operations/office management preferable
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
