Human Resources Coordinator Senior

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Coordinator Senior to support our Compensation & Benefits Team at JTC Group.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for payroll operations, including processing monthly and ad-hoc payrolls. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of compensation programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll data changes, new starters, and leavers through relevant systems.
- Coordinate and administer monthly and ad-hoc multi-jurisdictional payrolls, ensuring accurate payments by due dates.
- Act as primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure payroll adherence to company processes, controls, and 100% accuracy targets, meeting jurisdictional legislation and regulations.
- Compile system data reports to detect adjustments prior to processing.
- Flag anomalies to relevant stakeholders for confirmation and correction.
- Generate payroll reports, reviewing adjustments and ensuring self-review before submission.
- Collaborate with third-party providers, ensuring accurate information exchange and first-level review.
- Review outsourced payroll reports, verifying accuracy and requested adjustments.
- Prepare detailed funding reconciliations and instructions for finance teams.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and monitor multiple bank accounts for timely funding.

Salary Information
Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
