We are seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Executive to join our team in the UK, driving sales growth and contributing to the company's mission to shape the future of the Telecom industry.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on innovative Telecom solutions.




  • Manage the sales process, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers, presenting tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Open new accounts and generate recurring business streams through effective relationship management and strategic selling.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of solution profiles to showcase their unique value.
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to track performance and opportunities.


Responsibilities

This role involves:




  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the process from prospecting to closing deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers, presenting tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Account Development: Open new accounts and generate recurring business streams through effective relationship management and strategic selling.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of solution profiles to showcase their unique value.
  • Reporting: Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to track performance and opportunities.


Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:




  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales in the Telecom industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, Voice, Data, 5G Services, and Cloud technologies.
  • A strong network with direct contacts among high-level decision-makers in key accounts.
  • A hunter mentality, with a knack for breaking new accounts and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • A disciplined and methodical approach to sales and business development.
  • BSc Engineering is desirable.
