The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our inbound sales team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for converting leads into new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies that attract high-quality leads. Your expertise will help us improve our lead conversion ratios and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Convert leads into new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and pipeline activity
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
