Exciting Opportunity in Wound Care Sales

Chemistree Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Wound Care division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across various sectors, working closely with our Healthcare Partnership manager to develop and implement a commercially focused business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities across all relevant sectors, aligning with regional and national sales targets and objectives.
  • Support the Healthcare Partnership manager in developing and implementing a commercially focused business plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Tissue Viability, Procurement, District Nurses, and Clinical Specialists.
  • Accelerate profitable sales growth by targeting generalist customers across both primary and secondary care.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent in Science or Business (preferred) or Nursing/Clinical qualification.
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Recent healthcare sales experience within both community and acute NHS health economy.
  • Experience of influencing both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Wound Care experience (desirable).
  • Recent experience within the multi-channel NHS market (community and acute).
  • Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record.
  • Evidenced ability to influence others.
  • High personal accountability and integrity.
  • Passion to make a difference to health.
  • Able to work as part of an effective team.
