About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Programme Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate technical information to stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard/report creation, and stakeholder engagement is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workshop Facilitation: Coordinate, organize, and deliver workshops to confirm requirements for the cyber service catalogue.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to define and agree upon service catalogue requirements.
  • Capabilities Framework Review: Review and analyse the capabilities framework to ensure alignment with the Target Operating Model (TOM) structure.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to develop visuals and materials for clear communication of the TOM to relevant stakeholders, support the TOM Delivery Manager in creating updates for stakeholders and intranet resources, and assist in developing metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to measure TOM effectiveness and business-as-usual (BAU) performance.

Deliverables
  • A comprehensive service catalogue documenting all requirements and ensuring alignment with the TOM.
  • Workshop materials and outputs, including agendas, presentations, and detailed records of workshop discussions.
  • A capabilities framework review linking the TOM structure with the service catalogue outcomes.
  • Stakeholder communication materials, including visual aids and clear documentation to facilitate TOM adoption.
  • Performance dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of TOM implementation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate technical information to stakeholders.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Please note that this is an outside IR35 contract opportunity.
