Lead Cyber Resilience Specialist

About the Role
The DWH Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cyber Resilience Specialist to join our client's sector resilience team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in leading the governance and operations of the sector response framework, ensuring effective accountability and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Executive Committee (ExCo) working effectively with the Head of Sector Resilience and co-chairs to set agendas, develop papers, and ensure effective accountability and decision-making of the ExCo.
• Support the Head of Resilience in reviewing and evolving the client's governance model.
• Manage membership and models to provide access for industry participants to gain access to the client's products and services.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sector Resilience to establish governance that engages effectively with financial authorities and government agencies, as well as clients' partners, to ensure mutual benefit in both business-as-usual and crisis operations and communications.
• Oversee contracts and legal frameworks that underpin the client's organization, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and are renewed on time.
• Act as the brand owner, leading external communications strategies for both business-as-usual and crisis scenarios, ensuring effective and regular communication with industry and key stakeholders about work and capabilities.
• Manage Fusion Cell leadership, overseeing the Fusion Cell of industry secondees that provide threat intelligence and deliver products and services.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of future talent from the sector and stakeholders, collaborating with the wider PIR team and across the business to understand and advance the interests and priorities of membership.
• Provide incident management, including out-of-hours support, owning the process for invoking and chairing a Financial Emergency Call Cyber (FinECC), as well as managing crisis communication processes for members to share information and agree a joint response or escalation of a systemic cyber incident.
• Co-own the process for managing and handing over sector incidents with the client's incident management lead, responsible for the Business and Operational Continuity Committee.
• Develop daily briefing calls, managing minute and social outputs from these calls, as well as managing processes and ownership of wider products and services as required.
• Coordinate engagement with partners and key stakeholders, developing relationships with partners and owning and managing relationships to support co-development and future-state development for sector-wide cyber response and recovery capabilities.
• Deliver leadership in defining the role for the CMORG System Integrity Reconnection Framework, collaborating with members and industry in this effort.
• Develop and deliver a testing program for key crisis services, including the FinECC, exploring opportunities to work better with and leverage partnerships to enhance communication, awareness, and the group's role in cyber response.
Requirements
• Demonstrable background and experience in cyber and/or intelligence and incident management roles.
• Knowledge of the cyber incident management process.
• Experience in producing reports and briefings using an intelligence-led approach.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, including organizational and writing skills, and the ability to present and brief verbally to stakeholders.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to make sense of diverse inputs to deliver credible solutions.
• Understanding of process improvement and ability to identify beneficial changes to deliver value.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Project management experience or a working understanding of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of broader cyber and third-party risk policy in financial services.

What We Offer
