Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Associate Legal Counsel to join our team at Talon UK. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business across a broad range of commercial, technology, regulatory, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business teams on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and advertising law.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our compliance programs and policies.
  • Collaborate with our senior management team to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues and provide recommendations to our business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
  • UK qualified solicitor with at least one year of experience in-house or private practice.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property law, and advertising law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
