Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Mack Legal | In-house Legal Recruitment. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licence agreements and service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing software licence agreements and service agreements
  • Negotiating with clients and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Providing legal advice to the business on commercial matters
  • Working closely with the General Counsel to develop and implement legal strategies
