Montresor Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. As a key member of the legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal support to various internal departments, working with in-house and outside counsels, and negotiating and drafting complex transactional agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance to internal departments on various matters, including compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other in-house counsels and outside counsels to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements, including contracts and memoranda of understanding.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and conflicts.

Qualifications


  • Admitted as a Solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a top-tier international law firm.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex contract negotiations with large, international clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills, able to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
