The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in finance system administration, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They will be proactive, self-starting, and able to manage competing priorities.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holiday allowance, pension scheme, and 50% staff discount.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain all finance systems, including NetSuite, ERP, and workflow management.
  • Provide first-line support to finance systems users, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  • Deliver training to new starters and existing team members on finance systems usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure completeness and accuracy of master data.
