Job Title: Royalties Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Royalties Finance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely royalty payments to clients.

About the Role:

  • Collate, scan, and file all incoming home/foreign royalty statements.
  • Input royalty statements onto our bespoke reporting system.
  • Track author royalty charts to ensure completeness of statements received.
  • Chase publishers for missing royalty statements and outstanding invoices.
  • Support the Royalties Department with ad-hoc duties as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with experience in admin/office-based jobs.
  • Familiarity with numbers and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Keen interest in publishing/media/TV.
  • Bright, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£30,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
