Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Royalties Data Entry Specialist to join Liberty Towers in London, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate royalty processing and distribution for our clients, which include music creators, publishers, and rights holders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and maintain data related to music rights and royalty distributions in our databases.
  • Process royalty statements and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support data analysis efforts to determine royalty allocations and usage trends.
  • Stay informed about developments in copyright law, royalty regulations, and industry trends.
  • Provide support to music creators and rights owners, helping them understand their royalty statements and earnings.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with music rights, copyright management, and royalty distribution processes is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Maestro Music software (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large data sets.
  • Proficient in data entry, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with database management systems and financial analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • An educational background in music business, copyright law, or a related field is advantageous.
