About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Royalty Professional to join our team in London. As an interim member of the Royalty Accounting Team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to stakeholders while contributing to the smooth operation of royalties processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, inputting, and analysing royalty statements with high accuracy.
- Assisting with processing and distributing payments to artists, writers, composers, and producers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Loading royalty statements and performing tests and controls to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Royalties team, resolving complex issues as needed.
About You
- Experience in royalty accounting or a similar role is essential.
- You must have strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately within a small margin of error is crucial.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with an interest in the music industry is necessary.
- Availability to start in early January 2025 is required.
