Job Description
As Director of Royalty Income, you'll be responsible for leading the team that ensures complete royalty collections across all business functions, including Recorded music rights, Neighbouring rights, and Publishing. This involves working closely with key departments at BMG, such as Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the income receipt process for the UK and Sub publishing territories.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including record labels, publishers, and collecting societies.
  3. Manage and analyse large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely royalty payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in music rights administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
