About the Position

We are currently seeking a Caregiver for Adults with Special Needs to join our team at Harmony Healthcare.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting adults with complex needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience in caring for adults with complex needs, preferably in community-based settings.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
