Job Description:

At AECOM, we're seeking an experienced Associate Director Water Scientist/Hydrologist to join our Water Environment team. This team is comprised of specialists in geomorphology, hydrology, hydro-ecology, water quality, and hydrogeology, working with clients from across the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality project results, applying expertise in hydrological software and environmental modeling.
  • Collaborate with team members, making autonomous decisions guided by policies and business objectives.
  • Accountable for team results, establishing goals and objectives, and adhering to budget and deadlines.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for the business, industry service line, or process.
  • Demonstrate innovation to deliver technical and operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject (geography, physical sciences, engineering, etc.).
  • Proficiency in hydrological software and environmental modeling.
  • Proficiency in GIS software.
  • Report writing skills and ability to present complex technical information visually and orally.
  • Experience in technical project delivery.
