Bristol, Bristol, United Kingdom Amdaris Full time

We are seeking an ambitious, idea-driven senior product designer to join our emerging Product and Design Team in Bristol.

This is a unique opportunity given the growing tech sector, career path and variety on offer for creative, detail-orientated and excellent communicators who are looking to embark on a rewarding journey and play a vital role in our company's growth. We offer stimulating salaries plus a range of benefits, including the opportunity of building yourself a successful career within a highly reputable organisation.

Our approach has helped us grow significantly, with exciting growth plans and cutting-edge projects on the horizon. As a Product Designer, you will work with clients to help them shape their product offerings and deliver on meaningful objectives.

You will act as their lead designer – taking ownership of all activities throughout the full product lifecycle. For most projects, you will be the client's only designer, requiring comfort with both UX and UI work.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in leading client initiatives as their lead designer, working independently on project work, and experience with agile development projects. You should also be able to shape work effectively to meet budgets or timeframes.

We're particularly eager to hear from people with experience shaping product roadmaps or backlogs, or building out design systems.

Essential skills include a demonstrable appetite to develop Product Design skills, a degree education, and ideally some real-world experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Competitive Employer Pension contributions
  • Free Fruit, Snacks and Drinks every week
  • Collaborative environment designed for activity-based working
  • Flexible and Hybrid working
  • Cycle to work scheme, Electric car scheme, Gym discounts and many more flexible benefits
  • Health and Wellbeing app which offers a variety of tools, mindfulness, and positivity
