We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Service Specialist to join our team at Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional technical expertise and professionalism.

**Job Summary:**

  • To perform complex repairs and maintenance on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and any necessary repairs.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £36,200 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
This is based on a 40 hour working week and Saturdays paid as overtime and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a mechanical technician, working with a variety of vehicles and technologies. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment that values collaboration and continuous learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and repair faults on vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options.
