Office Co Ordinator/ Scheduler

Alpha Fire and flood are an independent specialist restoration company based in Waterwells Gloucester. We work on behalf of insurance companies following a claim for Fire, Flood or Escape of water damage. Our Services include Drying, Cleaning, sanitisation, decontamination, and deodorisation of both domestic and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced person to work within our small office team in Quedgeley. Please note this role is office based.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Making initial contact with Policyholders
- Scheduling responsive and planned appointments for field-based Technicians across the business
- Liaising with, and directing, field-based Technicians.
- Understanding response times and SLAs and ensuring they are adhered to.
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of MS Office packages.
- Experienced in customer service.
- Being a point of contact in the office for policyholders and insurers, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
- Internally managing client files as required
**Skills**:
- Strong communicator with confident telephone manner
- Data input skills
- Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to proof read reports.
- Proactive and forward thinking
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
