We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Administration Lead Analyst to join our Client Service Administration team, which is part of our Client Service Global Centre of Excellence (CoE). The team will be responsible for providing client service administration support to Global Client Service teams within the Client Group, such as platform data management, annual audit requests, and client service data production.

As a Client Service Administration Lead Analyst, you will have supervisory responsibility for work undertaken on a day-to-day basis by the team, supporting them in overseeing the more complex activities throughout their lifecycle. You will work with key stakeholders across Schroders to ensure the team can deliver high-quality and timely outputs to the Global Client Services teams.

You will also be responsible for providing backup coverage to the Client Services Administration Manager during their absence. Being part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to support your manager in shaping the future of Client Service Administration, which will be a critical part of the delivery of the overall Client experience within Schroders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and review complex data gathering from various sources.
  • Provide quality assurance that files are appropriate and complete to be uploaded to the platform.
  • Resolve issues or complaints arising from upload errors or breaches of SLAs.
  • Participate in platform review meetings.
  • Review responses provided to Client due diligence requests.
  • Support resolution of purchase order and invoicing issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to problem-solve and plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Financial services knowledge and experience, including understanding of funds, agreements, and compliance procedures.
  • A strong teamwork mindset and ability to develop and manage strong working relationships with global internal departments and external counterparties.
